All products sold by PodKit Ltd are returnable within 14 days of purchase.
Our warehouse is unable to accept unscheduled returns so you must ensure that you have received written confirmation of your returns booking slot with our team. Unscheduled returns will be turned away and the Customer will be responsible for all associated costs.
The Customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the order to our warehouse. PodKit Ltd will deduct the cost of any missing or damaged parts from the refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Conditions For Returns
- The Customer must schedule a return and have received written confirmation of the returns booking slot before returning any products
- The Customer must ensure that all parts of the order are in their original condition and unused
- The Customer must ensure that all parts of the order are packaged securely and in their original packaging
- The Customer must provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt
How To Initiate A Return

- Step 2 – Our team will schedule your returns and will provide written confirmation of your returns booking slot
- Step 3 – When your returns are received, we will inspect your items to ensure they meet our conditions for returns
- Step 4 – If the items meet our return conditions, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no cost and the defective product parts will be taken away.
PodKit Ltd reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above. If a return is refused, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
