bought theses ipod socks a while ago now, they are the same as the offical ones however when i purchased them i got them £10 cheaper than you could in any hmv or apple store brilliant !!!

They're alright for little ipods, but really they are hopeless for the iphone. Apple should not pretend otherwise.

Apple iPod Socks - 6 different colours
This product is counterfeit, and a very bad one to boot. Do not be fooled by the text and pictures copied directly from the Apple website. These are not the same size as the official Apple ones, they do not fit an iPhone inside. The colours of the socks are very different from the official, very dull and cheap looking. The packaging was completely bashed up, looked as though it had been returned and re-packaged many times. Very cheap writing on the front saying "for apple socks." Quality of the material is terrible. I ignored the warnings of people who commented about these being counterfeit previously as I thought they were just being picky and I wish I had never bought them as it was so hard to get a refund out of the seller.

Now wonder these iPod socks are half cheaper than usually (they cost cca 20£) as I found they're not genuine Apple product...
I can tell that because I've got the original ones, too. The differences are minor (actually it's a good fake), but still: it's not what it says in product description.
But if you're not concerned about such thing - smart buy.
