3 out of 5 stars Disapointed!   September 12, 2008
D. Stewart-Amsden (Oban, Argyll, Scotland)
I already have two ipod stations - both from Logic3, and I am still delighted with them both for quality and reliability. BUT recently I ordered one of these and it wouldn't charge my ipod. So I returned it to Amazon, and the replacement has now developed a curious fault - it just stops dead half way through the first or second song on an album. There's nothing wrong with the ipod as it works on the other stations... so either Amazon has a bum shipment of these things or the manufacturer is not so wonderful as they were! Be warned.

5 out of 5 stars Unbeatable at the price   June 30, 2008
Maplo (Essex, United Kingdom)
This is really excellent, surely unbeatable sound quality at this price, and also very easily portable (as it folds down to a very small size). My only quibble is the bright blue "boy racer style" light that comes on when you turn it on, but I guess some people must like that....

5 out of 5 stars Great speakers for the Money   April 29, 2008

I initially did find these speakers a little tinny, but once I set EQ settings on my Ipod to small speakers, it fixed it right up. Amazed by the volume, I play along with my acoustic guitar, and at full volume, the guitar is drowned out. At full volume, the sound does start to suffer a little, but you don't need to go to full volume to get bags of noise out of these great little speakers. I'm well pleased. I don't know what happened the guy who gave them one star, must have got a lemon. Try returning them chief!

1 out of 5 stars Confused by other reviews   April 3, 2008

I don't know if the enthusiastic reviewers of this product all work for Logic3, but their reviews are completely misleading. This thing sounds the way it looks: cheap and tinny. I've tried to like it - I paid money for it, so I was bound to give it a chance - but I just can't bring myself to listen to it again and have consigned it to the bin. If you want small speakers to listen to your iPod through, then use PC speakers - at least then you can have some bass instead of feeling like you're listening to your favourite tunes through empty baked bean tins. Avoid.

5 out of 5 stars Great little speaker set for travel or small space   March 2, 2008

I bought these for my ipod video on our forthcoming holiday and my daughter is using them in her bedroom until then. Chose these mostly on the strength of feedback here and so far they are living up to expectations. I say expectations rather than rant on how wonderful they are because I have Bose speaker dock for home use and compared to that these are pussycats! However the quality and compact design are well worth the price - I will probably let my daughter keep them for her room after as may buy her a Nano for her birthday
