Just plug in switch on and find a frequency its that easy, and the delivery of item is second to none,ordered transmitter at 7.30 am got it next day 11.30 am

I bought this item as it had great reviews and was a competitive price but unfortunately it does not work with my cigarette lighter and wouldn't work with any of the same style.
If you have a cigarette lighter that faces directly upwards this item will be fine, if however your cigarette lighter is on a slight downwards tilt you won't be able to use it as the weight of the item (withouth the ipod) is too heavy and pulls it straight out of the connection. I can imagine even on a horizontal connection it may still be a bit precarious. The actual plug is quite long so creates a slight weight distribution problem.
Also the position of your cigarette lighter needs to be thought about as the holder itself is quite large and it got in the way of my gear stick.
I was disappointed as it seemed the best value for money in-car ipod connection I've found, just not suitable for every car unfortunately.

Ordered this product on the tuesday,was here by the thursday,ordered it because i have no cd player in my car very fast delivery, cheap price compared with some in the shops, and works amazingly,had no peoblems with it,and would recommend it to anyone,oh course this just my opinion,but like i say, no problems with it at all!

I'm sure that this item is great, and does all the things that it claims....I bought this for my wife so that she could listen to her Ipod in the car...problem is that she owns a SAAB 93 and the lighter plug that the transmitter fits into is just behind the gear stick and she couldn't drive with it plugged in. When I tried to move it out of the way of the gear stick the connector leads ended up being servered rendering the transmitter useless. Poor build quality, but for the price, what do you expect!

When I received this product it did not work like I thought and there was huge interference when connected. I have since checked in someone elses car and they have had the same. Need to know how I can send back and get a refund. Sorry for the negative feedback but it said it should work with any Ipod as mine was the new ipod nano 5th edition (the very latest.
