I ordered these speakers for my holiday with only a few days before i left, it was delivered very quickly by amazon and a day before i left. The speakerswere great for the price but get a bit crackly at high volumes. They also fit my ipod touch and iphone which was a first for ipod speakers. Small enough to pack away for travel. Good remote control but doesn't reach very far. Also comes with EU adaptor as a slip on over the plug which was good and worked fine and easy to transport because of the use of batteries. all in all this is a good product and at the price is a pretty good bargain.

The sound quality is excellent for the size of the unit with a very rich tone, you can turn the iPhone on its side and in that position it is locked in place so can't fallout when moved. In general a very good product.
My only two gripes are as it is meant for being used on the go why no carry handle? Also you have a switch on the back to go between onboard battery power or mains input, which is a bit annoying if like me it follows you around the house and you are constantly switching between the two.
Battery life is very good and the soft carry case it comes with would be useful for travelling. It comes with a remote, but cannot see the point in such a small item! But generally good value.

I recieved this item today and was very disappointed - the whole product itself is really flimsy and cheap; felt like pieces could fall off at any time, the speakers do not work on the battery option or make a loud fuzzing noise, and the music sounds sort of flatterned (when plugged in). However, the speakers do go very loud, sound more clear when music is turned up & are of good sound quality. On the other hand, I wouldnt recommend this item, poor quality.

After being nagged by my 15 yr old son to buy a docking station primarily for his iPod Touch I opted for this after considering price and also other reviews posted. Had considered a Sony but really wanted a portable one for outside etc. I wasn't sure what to expect but I can honestly say we are very pleased with it! The sound is excellent and even my Nano 5th Gen sits in it - but the iPod Touch fits better. Battery power is good. The rotating bit is a great idea for watching videos. Remote not the greatest but can live with it. All in all I would say it is great value for money and would highly recommend it.
