This quality 1.2m cable connects your iPod, iPhone 3G(S) + 4G, mp3 player or phone to your car via the aux in socket (present on many modern cars). This allows you to listen to your music from the iPod through your car's stereo system with excellent sound quality. The cables have a robust design with dual moulded connecters - this means they last longer than other cheaper cables and so do not need replacing. The cables also have 24k gold plated connectors and a low loss wire core to ensure great sound quality that lasts. They are ROHS compliant meaning they fully comply with the latest European standards. The cables are compatible with cars which have a 3.5 mm aux input into stereo. These look like headphone sockets and may be located in the stereo unit, glove box or centre console. Most new cars now have these inputs, as well as many older Fords, BMW's, Toyotas, Mercedes and Seat models. If you are not sure about compatibility just send us a message through Amazon. This is a really great cable and does the job between my computer and speakers brilliantly! Much better sound quality and far sturdier than the previous cable I bought and, frankly, not much more expensive! My only criticism is that my previous one was over 2m long and was quite handy, unfortunately this was the longest one I could find on amazon! All in all, great cable though!

This item works exactly as described and does it well.
I don't actually use mine for the car however, so other customers might like to know that I use mine to connect my iPhone to a guuitar amp and use the amp as a dock of sorts and the cable works perfectly for this.
I have no complaints about this product and recommend it to anybody who is looking to hook their iPhone or similar up to a car stereo or anything else that has an AUX input.

Just what I wanted an inexpensive way to play my Ipod through my car's stereo, works a treat too. One plug goes into the ipod other plug into auxiliary socket in car, simples! sounds amazing. Great product, great service delivered next day.
