I was given these as a gift and very pleasantly surprised by the fantastic swound, especially with acoustic songs and heavy base songs. they are easy to put in a suitcase and perfect for bedroom, outdoor and indoor listening. I am also very happy that they take AA batteries as I use my rechargeable ones with them which always seem to last hours!!
DEFINETLY RECOMMEND!

I bought this brilliant speaker system soley on seeing the many great reviews, and have to agree, they really are good for the size. My main use will be to take them on holiday, in the UK or abroad. Their size and low weight makes them perfect for this.
If I have one criticism at all, then it's the very bright blue light surrounding the on/off switch. I find it very harsh when trying to look at the ipod to select tracks etc, and it would certainly distract if you tried watching a film on an ipod touch, or were simply viewing photos.
As other reviewers have said, they are not as bassy as some systems, but then they are not the same price either, or as large, but if you do want richer bass tones, maybe this is not the unit for you
The blue light and low bass aside aside, they are compact, attractive, and very versatile, and overall great value.

I am pleased with my purchase, I think for the price it gives reasonable quality of sound and is compact enough for travel purposes. It would be nice if it came with a remote control.

does everything it says on the tin. fantastic peice of kit at a very good price. with three ipod touches and one iphone in our house this small speaker system is just what we needed as it charges any ipod device while it plays plus the extra leads that comes in the package means i can plug my personal radio in and listen to that too. well worth the money. and the sound is very good and reasonably loud for such a small and compact unit. it also has speaker cover doors to protect them when the unit is packed for travelling. highly recomended.
