Rubbish January 6, 2009 Bobharford (UK) I don't know if I got a duff one Tuff- Luv its called. The most satisfying moment for me was screwing it up and chucking it in the bin! followed instructions exactly massive air bubbles wouldn't shift. The yellow tab also left an adhesive trace on the film where it had been. Most expensive few centimeters of cling film I have ever had . The postage on amazon is really becoming a joke too
P&P 3.95!!!!!!!!!!! November 26, 2008 JohnW (Hampshire, UK) 3 out of 6 found this review helpful
Stupidly I bought this item using one-click, so I never got to see the P&P charge before I ordered. These ridiculously high P&P charges for tiny items like this screen protector are rapidly turning me off of buying through Amazon. I suggest you consider the true cost of this item (i.e. 4.99 + 3.95 => 8.84) before ordering from this supplier. 8.84 for a little strip of clear plastic can not be good value no matter how much its hyped.
Good Product, one minor flaw October 21, 2008 Bakin Dood (UK) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Overall a good product and fairly easy to put on, but you do have to watch out for the tiniest dust particle getting trapped under the protector. Also the yellow tab that you remove from one of the corners was stuck to the protector with a bit too much adhesive making removing it a little tricky without lifting up the protector and creating troublesome air bubbles. Pretty pleased with the final result though.
This didn't fit my iPod touch V1 October 15, 2008 K. Bennett (Devon, England.) 5 out of 6 found this review helpful
I'd love to be able to review this item properly but unfortunately it doesn't fit my iPod touch V1. It is a fraction of a millimeter too wide and about 1.5mm too long meaning that the edges do not fit within the screen area and so there is a long bubble down one edge and one end. I could hack at it with a razor blade I suppose but when an item is advertised as a perfect fit I don't think one should have to resort to such measures. Now off to locate a different proptector which will hopefully fit.
Only one little problem... September 23, 2008 S. Page 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I read all the reviews I could for iPod Touch screen protectors and finally decided on the i-nique Topcoat. The instructions are really easy to follow and the little card to get rid of any bubbles was a really useful addition. I had a little difficulty placing the protector in the right place but it went on smoothly and with no problems at all. The only issue I did have was pulling off the yellow tab in the corner, as I was peeling it off the screen protector came with it and now there are bubbles over one corner. I pulled off that corner gently to try and smooth it down but this just made the problem worse. This is more my fault than theirs, but take care with it! I will definately get another and try it again.
