Product broke but received no quibble refund July 23, 2010 Vic The first time I used these headphones, they broke. The casing which protects the wiring around the headphone plug came loose. I don't know whether this was a one off fault with my particular set, or whether the general quality of the product is low. I opted for a refund rather than a replacement set.
Whilst I don't rate the quality of the product, the seller was very prompt at replying to my email asking for a refund (no success getting through on the phone). They offered me a no quibble refund which was processed immediately.
All other aspects of the headphones seem ok. The remote volume control and pause function worked with my 8GB ipod nano.
Not the best product! July 16, 2010 Can the Can These Apple iPod earphones are a waste of time, had 3 sets to work with my Shuffle, which needs these earphones to work as all the controls are on the earphones....Each one just works for a short while then just packs up, so cannot get my shuffle to work.
Will never buy a shuffle again as you have to rely on the useless earphones. Apple please produce something that actually works with the shuffle (3rd generation) iPod or better still put the controls on the shuffle, I am not a happy customer.
It is exactly what it claims to be July 15, 2010 C. Ashcroft (London) It is exactly what it claims to be. It is a pair of apple earphones that work perfectly with a fourth generation ipod nano (what I have). The people who claim that the sound quality is bad are the people who claim that they can tell the difference between all the types of ear phones. I can hear it perfectly, I don't listen to garage music or anything techno. I listen to regular music, ranging from AC/DC to Pavarotti, and these headphones suit me absolutely fine. If these wear out in ten months like the original ones did, I will just mosey on down here and buy another pair.
Great product, very good quality and reasonable price July 14, 2010 F. Lebon-springall (UK) It was exactly as described and is perfect to use for my IPOD but also to be comfortably talking on Skype or watching a movie on my laptop!
No Problems July 12, 2010 A.Kraus It is really good. The only thing is that it came a little slower than I expected. But it is not a big deal any way. I like it. it works fine.
